You press the grab button to grab weapons or items and hold it to hold them. You smash the enemies with the melee ones or put the bullets in the pistol barrel to load it and shoot. The mechanics are just like in the XR ULTRA PHYSICS SANDBOX 1 and 2. You can put the items in the backpack, you take it out by pulling it from your left shoulder with the grab button. Also, you can use the syringes to heal yourself or the princess, you just put them next to your necks.
